PaellaPaella is a traditional Spanish dish and is typically cooked in a Paellera, which is a wide and flat pan. The Paellera ensures that all the rice are cooked evenly. If you do't have one, any pan with a flat base will do.

Tortilla de patatasTortilla de Patatas are very popular in Spain. This is basically an omelette made with potatoes, usually made with around 6 eggs. Other ingredients such as onions can also be added to the dish. Tortillas from Spain are completely different from Tortillas that come from Mexico.
